Why hire our yard?
Our yard hire option is perfect for dogs and owners who need space and privacy to stretch their legs, exercise or train.

We provide a clean, secure and tranquil space over approximately 1 acre. The space provides agility equipment, shelter, chairs, fresh water, sandpit, water play and is fully secure.
​
Your 1 hour yard hire is exclusively yours to relax, train or run like the wind. Please read our T&C's prior to booking.
Terms and Conditions
Vaccination & health:

The owner confirms that their pet is up to date on all vaccinations of at least a c5 level, in good health and free from contagious disease and illness. Evidence of this may be requested in certain circumstances.

The owner confirms they have notified Dalwood Paws Retreat of any disease or illnesses.

Dalwood Paws Retreat reserves the right to refuse or stop the service at any given time if the pet's health or behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
Liability:

The owner agrees that Dalwood Paws Retreat will not be held liable for any pre-existing or underlying conditions, accidents or injuries that may occur during the yard hire process or as a result of the yard hire service provided.
Payment & cancellations:

Payment for yard hire services is due at the time of booking.

The owner agrees to provide at least 24 hours cancellation or rescheduling notice. Cancellation within 24 hours of the booking time will result in the full service fee applying. Cancellation outside of 24 hours will be eliglbe for a full refund or have the option to transfer to the next booking.

Use of yard hire, exclusions & inclusions:

During use of the yard hire you are eligible to use any existing equipment available including agility equipment, sandpit, chairs, gazebo, water play etc. Dalwood Paws Retreat will advise of any equipment exclusions prior to attending your booked time. Dalwood Paws Retreat will also advise of any maintenance that may affect your booking time well in advance of attendance to ensure the suitability or arrange a refund or reschedule should it be unsuitable to use at the booking time.

The owner agrees to ensure all rubbish and dog faeces are placed into the bins provided.

Dalwood Paws Retreat will maintain the yard and equipment to the best of their ability to ensure the safety of your dog during use however, Dalwood Paws Retreat will not be held liable for any equipment failure during the yard hire or any injury your dog sustains during use of the yard hire.

We ask that you please advise if any equipment has become damaged during yard hire use or if any equipment needs extra attention.

Any negligence from the owner resulting in damage to the equipment or property will incur a charge to the cost of the repair or replacement of the equipment or property.
